Shut down problem :(

Hey, this game is freaking awesome! I love it! But there is a problem where sometimes when I want to play this game, I get at a certain point sometimes and then it closes on to to the home screen, I try to play it again and it doesnt let me, I try to restart my iPad and it doesnt work, I always have to delete the app and then re-download and re-install the app again. Please fix this problem so I do not have to start from level 1 again with every character:(
